Minister Ponnala will be enquired by CBI in Jagan’s case

Ponnala lakshmaiah who worked as Minister of Major irrigation projects in YSR cabinet was called by CBI to enquiry him on Jagan’s case .The main allegation is on water releasing for India cements. The government needs to release only 3lakh gallons of water .But they have released a government order on 2008 to release 10lakhs gallons of water, which was against to law. India cements invested 40crores on Jagathi publications. CBI said that even this will come under “Quid pro quo” .The CBI has already sent notices to IAS officers and ministers who are involved in approving the Government order and releasing water to India cements. As part of that Government order Mr.Ponnala was called by CBI.
