Due to high usage of power ,power grids got failed and 20 states in India was effected.It may be recovered by today 7PM said by government official.Mainly effected states,Sikkim ,Jammu and Kashmir ,Delhi,Punjab,uttarakhand,Assam ,Orissa,Jharkhand,UP,Rajasthan,West bengal,Bihar and Himachal padesh and Haryana.
