He had recently settled a land dispute between Bhanu,D.Krishna and the owner of the land Thummula Sunitha . This land constituting of 25 acres is situated in Challampalli in Talakonda mandalam of Mahabubnagar district .
Bhoj reddy and his daughter Thummula Sunitha purchased this land of 25 acres. After a short period of time Sunitha left to america and in the mean time Bhoj reddy passed away. Taking this as a advantage Bhanu had registered the land under his name .Knowing the situation Revanth Reddy settled the dispute betwen Bhanu and Thummula Sunitha
