Gali and Judge Pattabhi case to be handled by ACB or CBI?

It has finally been decided that the case against Judge Pattabhi Rama Rao for illegally granting bail

to Gali Janardhan Reddy in return for money, will be handled by the ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau).

Judge Pattabhi Rama Rao was caught with video proof of the crime and because he is a central

government employee, it has been decided that it is for the ACB to deal with this case.
