Uppuleti Kalpana planned to join in YSRCP tomorrow.She contested as TDP candidate in Pamaru constituency in 2009 elections.But she lost in the elections.From past two months some rumours went on that she may leave TDP .Finally she decided to take make a move.TDP came to know that news and suspended her from the party .
