Cement Factories have formed a syndicate under YSR's rule and are now working in a reckless manner . They are selling Cement bag at a rate of Rs.350 which is not the cost posed by any other state in India. Bharathi cements and India cements are showing a complete command in these activities said by Gaali Muddu Krishna Naidu of TDP.
