CBI Lawyer appealed to the court stating that Jagan and Vijay are not providing the details about the assets which they were earned .To get those detail we need to do Narco test to both of them appealed by CBI .Jagan's lawyer appealed stating that they both provide the required details and they are not ready for Narco .After hearing to appeals from both parties CBI court postponed the decision about CBI's petition for conducting narco tests on Jagan and Vijaya sai reddy.
CBI court postponed the decision to be given to 16th of this month.
