Hight court given shock to Vijaynagaram district Kurupam MLA Janardhan .TDP filed a case against congress MLA candidacy on his caste.After inquiry on this high court given a judgement that MLA was not tribe and his candidacy is not valid.High court given four weeks time to MLA to apeal this in supreme court.
