Dhoni fined for slow over rate

Dhoni and his team-mates were fined for slow over rate in Sri lanka's one day match. According to article 2.5.1 dhoni was fined 20 percent of his match fee and the team-mates suffered 10percent of their match fee. We know that India won the match by 21 runs.
