Today CBI court filed one more charge sheet against Jagan .Hetero drugs invested 35crores in Jagan’s company under quid pro quo. Using his father YSR’s power Hetero gained some benefits and on behalf of that Hetero invested in Jagan’s company .Under PC act 9,10,11 CBI filed a supported charge sheet to the earlier charge sheet against Jagan and submitted in Nampally court and also provided necessary proof’s to the court.
