Once again the Oil marketing companies given hike for petrol .
"Given the losses being incurred, the company is compelled to increase the price of petrol by Rs.7.50 per litre with effect from midnight," said the country's largest oil firm Indian Oil Company in a statement. This is the sharpest ever hike in petrol prices.
